• The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the engineering and design efforts on FEED and EPC projects. He will be the principal point of contact with the Client for all technical issues. He will be responsible for establishing the project technical requirements in line with Client requirements and will ensure that the requirements are met during the execution of the project. He will be required to ensure proper coordination of the engineering and design work along with a team of project engineers. He will be responsible for ensuring quality of engineering and design on the project.



• The candidate will be required to supervise the production of engineering flow diagrams (EFD\'s), line lists and equipment lists. He will also lead the efforts for preparation of job specifications, preparation of basic engineering data, development of plot plans, preparation of requisitions for packaged equipment and construction subcontracts, coordination and execution of internal design reviews and client model reviews.



• The PEM will be involved with the development of detailed project schedule and will ensure adherence to the established engineering schedule and budget. PEM will provide inputs for project reports per required frequency. He will monitor engineering and design manhour expenditure, co-ordinate identification of scope variances with the engineering team, establish metrics for measurement of progress and identify impediments to progress. He will ensure proper close-out of engineering and hand-over to the Client.
