Designation : Customercare Executive/Technical Support Associates
Job Role : (Inbound Voice Process)
Receiving calls of customers & solving their queries.
Candidates are required to be energetic, patient and alert while speaking to customers over phone.
Job Location : Kolkata

Eligibility Criteria :
• Graduate / Undergraduate (pursuing through correspondence course/drop studies) / HSC Pass with BPO experience

• Open to work in night shifts ( doorstep car pick & drop provided )
• BE/BTECHS/MCA/MBA ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY
