Role & Responsibilities
• Delivers high quality, innovative work independently and Contribute as technical reviewer on closely related technical areas
• independently Identifies problems and formulates solutions to complex and ambiguous problems
• Acts as an expert resource and mentor to others. Shares his/her technical knowledge with others across the product lines
• Takes independent responsibility for compliance (EHS, import/export, GxP, quality systems, etc.)
• Applies their practical experience to technical activities and is accountable for delivery of key goals, documentation or data to the projects.
• Plans and tracks technical activities; identifies & addresses project risks (for example: show stoppers and bottlenecks).
• Executes his/her own technical activities on time and within budget. Stops technical activities when they are sufficiently completed or when they are no longer viable.
• Challenges established work processes and proactively finds creative solutions to problems
• Translates customer needs into technical solutions that satisfy, delight or differentiate.
• Articulate in QMS and regulatory standards and is able to translate associated requirements into design constraints.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited college or university, Systems / Mechanical / Elelctrical / Instrument Engineering back round.
• Must have at least 8 + years of post-qualification experience working energy and/or oil & gas industries in field maintenance of Systems / turbo machinery/vibration analysis diagnostics.
• Basic Knowledge of networking hardware and protocols and Modbus, OPC, NetDDE and serial communications (RS232, 422, 485).
Desired Characteristics
• B.E. (Electronics or Instrumentation) with relevant Industrial experiences.
• 8+ years Experience working on energy and/or oil & gas instrumentation.
• Knowledge of Bently products and service machinery protection management system is preferable.
• Knowledge of various type of rotating machines and Process knowledge of power plants (coal & gas based), refineries, petrochemical plant, etc.
