0-25 years of experience in execution of ,roadsprojects. Overall project management and co-ordination and contract administration including pre-contract and post-contract activities, appointing consultants, design review, quality standards. Coordinating with client & consultant / contractor. Reviewing Tender Documents, Value Engineering Study, Tender Analysis & recommendation. Evaluation of claims / time extensions under the terms of Contract. Project cost control within budget and ensure the timely & quality completion. Planning manpower deployment, procurement of materials, setting mile stones, cash flow, scheduling of events according to the prevailing site conditions. Coordinating various Sub Vendors deployed by the Contractors to execute the work. Sub Vendors & Labor gangs directed to the Contractors for augmentation of resources in case of shortfalls.
