B.E/Diploma with min. 5 years exp. - To maintain all the
activities of site management/Execution
Planning & Supervising construction projects,drawing ,
checking & preparation of B.O.Q & B.O.M,co-ordination with
contractors /site excecutors.,preaparation of daily work
reports ,manpowr handling.
Should be well known with the following - Project Planning,
Contractor Billing, RCC Estimating, Quantity Survey,
Tendering, Billing, Autocad, Quality Control, Rate Analysis.
2. Site Engineers ( Const / Planning / Quantity / Billing ) B.E./
Diploma with min. 2year exp. - Supervision as per the
schedules.
Follow up of material requirements at site with head office
Co-ordination with client/consultants
Processing of contractors bill.
Calculating the quantities of constituent materials from
drawings and estimating costs
Preparation of revised schedules according to progress
achieved Preparing Monthly production / construction plan
and allocating shift wise targets
Execution of Project as per schedule
Coordinating with Billing department to submit bills to the
clients (as per BOQ).
4. Quantity Surveyor B.E./Diploma With Min. Exp. of 1 Year –
Topographical Survey and Contour Survey, Plot
demarcations, Excavation and filling quantities, Building
column centre – layout plan demarcation.
3. Supervisors with minimum 1 year practical experience –
Knowledge of supervising the works at site.
5. AutoCAD Engineers – Relevant qualification with skills and
training.
