Reporting to : Sr.Manager Projects
Job Description :
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones including associated costs using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses from various regulatory authorities.
• Develop and deliver progress reports to superiors and proactively identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Prepare Progress reports check on any reported difficulties, and correct any safety violations or other reported deficiencies. Ensure all safety at the construction site.
• Ensure that regular inspections are carried out at the sites and that the quality of raw materials used and workmanship are of highest standards.
• Oversee performance of all contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
