Execution of Projects
Execute all AQCS projects within budgeted cost and time schedule
Revenue realization & collection
Meet monthly as well as yearly revenue budget as well as ensure collection of dues in time
Payment to suppliers
Ensure timely payment to all suppliers and contractors
Meeting project objectives
Ensure project is executed within agreed time schedule and all performance parameters are met
Preference for person with specific experience in handling ESP, FF retrofit upgrade projects in power, cement or steel industry. Person who have also worked at site earlier and now handling projects will be preferred.
Will head the project management function within AQCS execution centre in Kolkata and will be responsible for managing all projects within India and nearby Asian countries including China.
Will be responsible to build up the project management team as per the business growth and business requirement.
Responsible for maintaining Revenue target, as sold bottom line of all projects and improve upon same. Maintaining project cash flow as well as overall business positive cash flow target by ensuring timely invoicing, collection and monitoring payout to vendors.
Coordination with all internal customers and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects to entire satisfaction of customer.
Support capture and tender team in costing at tendering stage to ensure optimal costing and increase winning possibility.
