Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an SOA Architect.
Strong, hands-on experience with SOA Technologies (specifically: ESB, BPM, BAM, WSM, UDDI compliant registry).
Specific and demonstrable skills with Service Governance Tools and Registry Technologies (IBM-WSRR, WS02, Systinet, Infravio, Flashline).
Strong Architecture skills with an understanding and/or development experience in Web Services WSDL 1.1/WSDL 2.0, XML, SOAP, UDDI, J2EE, .Net, WS-Security, ITIL processes, SOA Governance, Web Services Management tools, and Object Oriented Programming.
Need to have end to end expertise on at least one vendor stack (IBM/MS/Oracle/Open Source). For example, IBM SOA expert should have Significant Experience in IBM SOA stack including products like Websphere Process Server, Websphere Integration Developer, Websphere ESB, WebSphere Registry and Repository
