Headcount: 1
Job Description: Person will be responsible, designing metrics/reports for
SLAs and contractual requirement with customer.
Tenure: Yearly rolling Contract
Qualification: No preference. Should have strong knowledge and experience
on computers and reporting tools
Exp: 2-4 years.
Skills: Person should have experience on ticket tracking tools for
application support, maintenance activities and should be strong on MS
Excel. Should have good data analysis skills. Knowledge of any reporting
tools will help performing job.
Exact Location: Bangalore or Kolkata
Shifts: Mix of shift A and B. (70% shift Day; 30% Shift Night tentatively)
Gender: No preference
Transport: yes for us shift
