Thorough knowledge of equipment involved in Raw Material Handling Systems such as belt conveyors and its related components, feeders, screens, ,crushers, bunkers, hoppers, trippers, wagon tipplers, wagon loaders, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders, ship unloaders etc
Adequate knowledge of earth moving equipment such as excavators, pay loaders, dozers, shovels, mobile cranes etc
Adequate knowledge of unit handling equipment such as EOT cranes, electric hoists, elevators, fork lift trucks, strore handling equipment etc
Preparation of technical Specification and RFQ.
Estimation of capex, Opex, volume of work, electrical loads and man power
Evaluation of offers and preparation of recommendations
Review of Vendor design and drawing.
Inspection of equipment
Coordination, planning, monitoring and expediting of RMHS related work
