Experience in SFE analytics; viz Call Planning/ Segmentation/ Targeting/ Analysis/ Size & Structure / Compensation Incentive plan
Excellent grasp of Excel/ VBA & SAS
Support the solution architect in formulating comprehensive strategic plans to build the Pharma Sales Force Analytics capability
Supporting the sales initiative to achieve desired targets while keeping abreast of the competitors
Engaging with potential customers to showcase capability & do pilot projects to win new business.
Team management & guidance to constantly enhance customer experience
