Establish and execute a project communication plan.

Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.

Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.

Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

Supervise the work of subcontractors or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budgets.

Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.

Provide and manage the necessary project administration, templates and instructions to help create individual work streams and project plans.

Integration of work stream and project plans into one master plan and baseline in preparation for implementation.

Identify and establish all necessary management processes, controls, and procedures to ensure that the change programme can be managed effectively.

Identify and establish all reporting and communication processes and procedures to manage the project members and key business stakeholders ensuring that they are consulted and informed appropriately.

Maintain the document throughout implementation updating where necessary.

Liaise regularly with work stream and project plan leaders to track and monitor progress against plan, budget and resources.

Co-ordinate all change requests and ensure that they are actioned and co-ordinated.

Resolve day-to-day change programme issues.

Manage the Issues Log and Risk Register, bringing new issues and risks to the attention of the Supply Strategy Director and monitor the completion of agreed actions to mitigate risk.

Manage and co-ordinate regular project review meetings, developing and preparing meeting agendas, taking and issuing minutes and following up on actions agreed.

Prepare and circulate regular update and reports on progress.
