To ensure reliability of all the rotary machines in Tonnage sites by doing condition monitoring, troubleshooting and attending all critical issues of rotary machines in tonnage sites also to ensure that tonnage Operation team get a reliable and efficient plant from all the BOO Project execution team by interacting with the project execution team and participating all the relevant meetings
Principal Responsibilities:
Ensure that the rotary machines and mechanical jobs of all the BOO projects are as per LGSR standards and all the equipments of BOO plants are reliable and efficient for long term operation.
Key interfaces :
Site maintenance engineers, RSE reliability platform , Owners Mangers , regional and Plant Managers
Required critical behaviours
Should be adequately matured, calm & quite . He should be able to work in any adverse conditions with out loosing temper . He should have good communication skills and leadership quality . Should have good PR and vendor management skills
Required key skills (functional/technical) :
Must have very sound knowledge in Mechanical engineering, particularly in condition monitoring and maintenance /installation of big rotary machines. He should have good theoretical knowledge of rotary machine operation . He should have very good analytical skills. Should have ability to work hard and lead the team of maintenance managers
